QikTechs provides a matching service that allows you to input job information then select offered services and receive a quote. After which you can schedule an appointment that fits the customer from multiple contractors to provide you a convenient, fast method for evaluating your options and making informed decisions relating to home alarm installations, automation, and repair services. We do not offer or provide these as counseling or financial services. By using this service, you expressly waive any claim against us relating to the quality of any services you receive from contractors and understand that we are not responsible for the quality of any services you ultimately select.
By using our service and providing your personal contact information or that of your client, you agree that one or more of the companies may contact you or your client by email, telephone, mail, or any other method of communication. You request and expressly consent to receive any telephone call including without limitation any auto dialed or pre-recorded telephone call to any telephone number. This may include without limitation any wireless telephone number, which could result in charges to you from independent providers of the services we match you with, regardless of whether your contact information appears on any federal or state No Call Registry. You acknowledge that such consent is not a condition of purchase.
Any financial or other relationship entered into between you and any third party that arose from information received or accessed through this website or its services is solely between you and the third party. Qiktechs is not a party to your agreements and you assume sole liability for any such agreements. We are not responsible for any transaction that may occur between you or your company and contractors hired by Qiktechs.
The providers are from companies or industries that may require licensing, bonding, registration, or other prerequisites to lawfully do business in Arizona. We encourage you to check with the appropriate agency to be certain any requirements are being met.
Every state within the United States governs Alarm Agents and technical registrations in a different manner with their given board or department. Each state’s Board enforces its own rules and regulations, varying on what alarm agents are allowed and are not allowed to do in that state. The content and demonstrations on this Site may or may not comply with your state’s rules and regulations. Sansambit, LLC DBA QikTechs is not responsible for compliance to each U.S. state’s Technical Board for Alarm Agents, Independent contractor compliance to a state’s Technical Board for Alarm Agents, or compliance to any other licensings, certifications, or regulations needed for a contactor to me compliant in a given state.
You understand and agree that the services ordered are strictly covering the installation and programming of the items to be installed. Any subscriptions, agreements/paperwork to be signed, welcome calls, first payments, and other account related items are your responsibility to subscribe, sign, call, pay for, collect, etc. You agree that it is not our responsibility to insure that an account clears or funds from your funding source.
Should you have a dispute with any of the contractors hired by Qiktechs, you must address such dispute to the QikTechs directly. By using this website you hereby agree to release Qiktechs (and our employees, agent, and affiliated entities, if any, and their employees and agents) from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with such matched individuals or organizations.

Payments
All payments for the scheduled services are received by QikTechs and held as payment for work to be performed and/or insurance that a scheduled appointment is valid. You understand that in the event an appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more from the start time of the appointment you are entitled to a full refund. You further understand and agree that in the event an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled under 48 hours from the start time of the select appointment or you/the customer no shows for the appointment with tech onsite for a 15 minute wait period that you are entitled to a partial refund consisting of the full amount less a $50 fee. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to confirm the appointment for you/your customer in a timely manner as to avoid cancellation fees.
All refunds to be issued will be issued within 30 days.
You agree that by entering your personal information and submitting it to Qiktechs, you are entering into a business relationship with Qiktechs, requesting that it distribute your information to its contractors. You expressly consent and request to be contacted by Qiktechs, its employees, representatives, agents and third party contracted vendors with promotions and offers relating to your request even if the entered telephone number is currently on a federal, state, or wireless Do Not Call list. By submitting your personal information, you expressly consent to be contacted by Qiktechs and its contracted marketing partners, including without limitation any auto dialed or pre-recorded telephone call to any telephone number including without limitation any wireless telephone number, which could result in charges to you. Qiktechs makes no guarantee or warranty that the Alarm System installed/repaired by the Contractor will avert or prevent occurrences or the consequences of occurrences that the Alarm System and/or the Services are intended to detect.
Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause, should Qiktechs for any reason, be deemed to be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury arising out of or in connection with any defect or malfunction of the Alarm System and/or the provision of the Services or respect of any failure, interruption, or restriction of the Alarm System and/or the Services caused by any act, omission or negligence on the part of the Contractor.
Qiktechs shall not under any circumstances have any liability to you/your Customer for any special, consequential or indirect loss whatsoever, or any economic loss (including loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or loss of business opportunity) whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether caused by the negligence of Qiktechs or by the Contractor.
The Contractor will make good any damage caused to the Premises in the course of the Installation or performance of the Services, however, for the avoidance of doubt, Qiktechs shall not be responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults or damage to the Premises which is discovered after the installation and shall have no obligation to restore the Premises to its pre-installation condition following its removal of the Alarm System or any Retained Property in accordance with these Conditions.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits the liability of Qiktechs for death or personal injury caused by Contractor’s negligence, or for any matter which it would be illegal for Qiktechs to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
In addition to any other method of termination or suspension provided for in these Terms of Use, Qiktechs reserves the right to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or the Website’s services at any time. Further, you agree that Qiktechs shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Website or any part thereof, removal of Content. Any such termination, suspension or cancellation shall not affect any right or relief to which Qiktechs may be entitled at law or in equity. Upon any such termination, suspension or cancellation, you shall terminate all use of the Website, the Services, and any Content and you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees or other charges, if any, paid in connection with such use.
